Hi everyone,
I'm Fleurette. My boyfriend is Rondell H. He told me about the better half forum and I'm finally getting around to register. He sure spends alot of time here so I know a few of you already from what he's told me. Thought I'd say hello and share the recipe for the cream puff dessert that I made for Rondell's last birthday.

Cream Puff Dessert

1 cup water
1/2 cup butter
1 cup flour
4 eggs

2 pkg. cook & serve vanilla pudding
whipped topping
chocolate sauce

In a saucepan on the stove, heat butter and water to a rolling boil. Stir in flour. Stir vigorously over low heat until mixture leaves the pan and forms a ball (about 1 min.). Remove from heat. Add eggs one at a time, beating each one in quickly and thoroughly. (Your arm will get tired). Spread the batter onto bottom and partly up the sides of an ungreased oblong cake pan. Bake at 400 degrees for 35-45 minutes until browned and dry. Prepare pudding according to package directions, cool. Pour cooled pudding over cooled puff. Chill in refrigerator a few hours. "Frost" with whipped topping and drizzle with chocolate sauce. Enjoy!
