SAFETY NOTE: IF ANY DRY ICE FLOATS TO TOP DO NOT INGEST

4 gal water in 5 gal bucket. (Remove all traces of Hy-Tran first)
Stir in 4 pounds of sugar.
Add 2 oz of root beer extract (available at walmart) it is over on the McCormick spice rack.
add 4 pounds dry ice.
Ready to drink as soon as cold.

do a google search of dry ice retailers. Here in Louisiana it is available at walmart and most grocery stores.

Thanks Mike! I'm glad you used the McCormick brand of extract and not the John Deere flavoring.
There are two ways to get enough Cubs. One is to continue to accumulate more and more. The other is to desire less.

Looks good, Mike. We were too poor to make it using store bought ingredients. We had to settle for Poor Man's Root Beer....Sassafrass Tea. Your's is probably better.
