In the 1950's my father had a very successful business selling this product. He's taught his Grandson how to replicate his work, that once appeared on a local TV show. I hope you enjoy this transformation, from whole turkey to boneless in less than two-minutes.

So... How long does the actual process take? I noticed that nothing ever hit the floor for the dogs. :D

Dad back in the day when he was doing 1,000 of these for Thanksgiving got it down to 4-6 minutes each. This was Tim's 4th one - which was done in ~18 minutes. Don't worry the dogs get their fair share of turkey scraps. :D For this time-lapse I took 2 pictures per second for the duration of the process. I rendered the video at ~24 frames per second.
