Frozen Peanut Butter Cup

Postby Lady Lurker » Sun Jul 31, 2005 10:28 pm

Hi Ladies, I am the other half of Lurker Carl. While he may be interested in tractors don't let him fool you. Food is a great love of his as well. This recipe is fast and oh so delicious. You can add more or less peanut butter depending on your personal preference.

Frozen Peanut Butter Cups

8 oz Cool Whip
½ cup Peanut Butter
Magic Shell chocolate topping

Mix Cool Whip and peanut butter until well blended. Line muffin pan with cup cake papers and spoon in the mix. Cover with Magic Shell and freeze for at least 8 hours. Serve frozen. Makes 6.

I used Cool Whip Lite, that’s the low fat version. It tastes just as good as the full fat stuff.

If it doesn't move and it should, use WD-40. If it moves and shouldn't, use duct tape.
