Int 154 13.6 x 16.1 ag tires?..

Postby BigBill » Wed May 01, 2019 7:42 pm

I’m looking for new ag tires for the bigger, wider 13.6 x 16.1 rims for my int 154 wide rims? Brand?

Who makes them? I want to mount them on my cj5 Jeep tractor? Swamp buggy.
I'm technically misunderstood at times i guess its been this way my whole life so why should it change now.

The closest you might come to ag tires for that rim are R4's. Don't know who makes them, but see example here: http://www.farmallcub.com/phpBB2/viewtopic.php?t=59425

EDIT: my mistake, that post does actually look like ag tires rather than R4.

Haven't seen NJDale on here for many years. Pic's are NJDale's. This is the tire type he used.

When I last checked with a big national FST tire dealer they no longer showed the product code in the FST system.
Not good news.
They were used on some type of irrigation system.
Anybody find any sitting in an inventory?

Thanks for your help. The cost is no problem. Doesn’t look like there offered anymore. I could run four 13,6-16.1 turf tires that I have mounted and add chains. I need a beast.

Some seem to be in stock here and there. These guys have the "Type B" shown above.

I will agree that tire chains can provide a lot of traction.

Great find on the tires.
I have a set of chains, that will be worth a try.
Thanks!

I must have over 300 ice cross links with hooks. I need the side chains to make chain sets.
There’s a big difference with ice cross links and wheel weights.
