Ok my 154 cub loboy has the transaxle(yellow/white).
What can it do besides cut grass with the transaxle. Can the tractor take the abuse of a front loader and backhoe too with the transaxle? Is there any drawbacks with it? Am I limited over not having a highboy?
How about a log splitter driven from the pto on the 3pt hitch?
How can i tell what year my 154 cub loboy is?
I'm technically misunderstood at times i guess its been this way my whole life so why should it change now.

Bill:
A lot of the info you want is in the Owner's Manual, on the ATIS Cub FAQ's etc..... as for loader and backhoe.. well loader they make em for the Numbered Series.. so.. with the rigid frame it probably would be a bit easier on the tractor than a Cultivision Cub..
The others will pop in with thoughts.. but check out the manuals and the FAQ.s especially for your year...
If no SN plate.. look for castings and get an approximate date from them
