154 cub will not go into gear after running

i finally got a lil time to look at the issue . i have the tunnel off and when i press the clutch down it sends the throw out bearing toward the 3 fingers but the fingers on the pressure plate do not move at all . i have hit them with the PB at least 6 times in the past 1 1/2 months .i put a lil bar behind them and they dont want to move at all .
