Number series blade?

A friend of mine has a blade that he was told fits a Cub, but it is not like any other cub blade I have seen. The tag on it says 54U1111. The back of the blade says International 54. Is this a blade for a number series loboy? If so, what is it worth?

Yup it is for the Numbered Series Lo-Boys. The
IH 54 Owner's Manual is on the server. However it is a pdf file.
What's it worth? From what I have seen up here, about the same as the L-54 Blade or a Cub-54 depending on condition and the other normal factors.
