has anyone ever converted the cub loboy dash oil light to a oil gauge, found on most regular cubs. thanks,Jim

I think I have seen one tractor with additional gauges. A 184 was shown in the Yahoo group photos with several dash modifications to make room for gauges.

I have seen it done. You can use a 184 dash that has the extra guage hole

If I ever get the 185 fixed, I am going to get rid of the idiot light and stick a regular gauge on it somewhere that I can see it at all times. thanks; sonny

I found that a Steward-Warner gauge readily fits the housing on a standard Cub (need to cut off the studs) so I would suspect you could use a S-W dash gauge kit. About $20 last time I saw one at a parts store, has all the hardware for a dash mount. Just a thought...
