I messed up - now it wont start1973 lo boy 154. The generator was rebuilt and the voltage regualtor is 2 years old. The tractor ran great. The throttle cable was stuck so I replaced it. When putting the dash back together, it sparked. I know...I forgot to disconnect the battery. Now it wont turn over at all. The battery is fully charged. Did I blow out the voltage regulator?? What else could it be? I replaced the fuse. Dont yell at me.
Re: I messed up - now it wont startRe-check your wiring connections where you did the replacement and see if they are still making good contact!----sounds like just a connection problem to me! thanks; sonny
Re: I messed up - now it wont startCheck all the safety interlocks.

If you can't fix it with a hammer, you've got an electrical problem. My wife says I don't listen to her. - - - - - - - - Or something like that! http://www.cubtug.com
Re: I messed up - now it wont startThe only safety interloc is the clutch pedal so it has to be depressed when starting.
Whats the fuse control? I'm technically misunderstood at times i guess its been this way my whole life so why should it change now.
