I just read about the vw deisle engine in a 154. I put a azuzu in one ,has full powersteering, live hydralics, 3pt dual hydralic valves. 6ft. disc,14in.one bottom plow, to much power. when I get my granddaughter to show me how to put pic one I`ll do it

Yes, Please post as many pictures as you can. Especially, close ups of the engine verses frame detail and the flywheel - PTO detail. Water pump clearances etc.

If the pictures are too big to post - please email them to me. I will re-size them and post them here in the forum.

I have been looking for an inexpensive fairly easy, non-butchering motor transfer for my son's 184. He lives in Colorado at 7,300 feet elevation and the lack of oxygen cuts all engines by 25% Horsepower. He loves the 184 with all the choices of implements, but is down to 13 or 14 HP. A motor transplant would give him a tractor that would be everything that he needs.

Thanks, NJDale

Ditto on the power loss Dale :censored:
BTW, I was just ready to order the parts to rebuild my PTO and my German Shepard tried to eat my neighbors little fuzzball dog through the fence. Now I'm stuck with a vet bill...always something :censored:
