The frame shown on page 7 of the manual mounts on the front of the tractor.
Page 3 part 23 slides though the frame above.
Page 5 shows the back of the tractor by the PTO.
There is a long driveshaft that runs through part #4 (on page 5) under the tractor to the front. It has a support under the foot peg and the front end is supported by the frame (again shown on page 7)
Page 4 is a short driveshaft that connects from the long driveshaft to the 90 degree gearbox.

Note: there are other snowblowers available such as the McKee SnowLander. I have no information on these.
