Hey dude!!! what time is the chili going to be ready??????? LOL!!
The internal weights might be binding/broken/worn out/ etc, so while you are in there check them, if you can!---my SA has worn out gov, and wont work at all!!---runs 1/2 throttle and locks up, no faster,no slower!---all loose when not running, locks up when engine is started!---so I am thinking the c-60 engine is doing the same thing! Please post back what you find! thanks; sonny

hey sonny, chili is gone, hate to brag but i won first place. :{_}: :{_}: :{_}: i toke the governor off and clean it up, put new bearing and seal on the shaft new spring and all seams to be in order. gone to get back on it tomorrow hard and heavy. tomcat
