Might want to take a look at this listing for a C3 mower in the For Sale section. The mower is currently on a cub loboy (not a numbered series), but the mounting probably is very similar.

My mower pulleys are all solid and have 3 grooves-----they measure 4.5" in outer diameter, and pto pulley is 6.5".
my pto speed at wide open runs at 1250 rpm,---this is on the 6-speed and in L-1 you can crawl thru some mean growth with it!( right now my yard/orchard is between ankle and knee high and I can work my way thru it!)---its slow but it works.---if you get the drive OR driven speed above that you will have major power problems!
If you dont have the 3 groove pulley, I am sure you could weld one up to fit the shaft.and use these dimensions as a starting point!

The Allis C tractors of mine have 540 pto speed and run 7.5 inch drive pulley and a 6.5 mower pulley on them, BUT they have 3 times the power of the Lo-Boy engine, also run fast in low gear and modock,---problem with them is that you cant get very close to stuff!---the 185 in L-1 will allow you to get inch close without hitting anything! thanks; sonny

I have an IH 184 and an IH 3160A deck. The tractor is fine, the mower is in great shape, totally refinished even the underside. The only problem, the mower parts are all in boxes boxes, everything but the deck is in boxes. Does anyone have a manual/instructions for that mower for the 184? I've searched the web and only find manual instructions for the 154/185 - and would like to know I'm at least staring out with the right information. Thanks. t

The mounting of a mower deck is identical between the 154, 185, and 184. You can use the mower deck manual from the 154/185.
