I have the way too big model 50 snow blower for my 154 cub lo-boy. and I tore the chain up this weekend on her first run this season. Does anybody know where I can get another or what size it is? Thanks so much!

The size of the chain is normally stamped into the side plates of the link. Most implement dealers will have bulk chain of most sizes to cut to length. I assume that most Tractor Supply, Rural King and similar stores do as well. You'll need to get an idea of how many links and what size you need, hopefully there's enough left of yours to make that determination. If not, a couple of links should help you figure it out.. Get it long, and remove what you don't need when you get home... No. I can't tell you the size but this should get you out of the woods..
Regards,

The parts manual I have says the following:
Chain, No. 50 Roller - Use 65 links of 5/8 Pitch Roller Chain from a 10 Ft. Roll marked 1791 D w/2 offset links 1315 D and 1 connecting linkn 1310 D-

Also, you need to check out why the coiled spring pins didn't shear rather than your chain. The coiled spring pins are on the small sprocket driving the chain.

Full and half links for repair, are available from the same location selling chain. Depending on damage and what happened to the chain - perhaps is can be repaired by purchasing repair links. A repair link or two will be much cheaper than purchasing a new chain.

Edit. If the chain is really torn up, usually the sprockets are also severely damaged.
