Photos have to be on a server to be posted, something on the order of photobucket, or your ISP server. If you will email a couple to me at ejpuckett@centurytel.net I will post them for you.

That's an interesting serial number. I don't think they ever used a 0 as the first digit and the numbers weren't over 6 digits long and lowboys weren't over 5 digits. So I'm guessing the first 0 is a 1 or a 2, or maybe a scratch as it could be a 5 digit number. If it is then it's a 58 Lowboy.

The squeaky wheel may get the grease but it's usually the first to be replaced!

What other numbers and letters appear on the serial number tag? On the IH older model tractors the letters in front of the serial number indicates the model.

Where is the serial number tag located on the tractor? Serial number location will provide a closer indentification of the model.

All of the above, assuming the tractor is one of the IH models.
I have an excuse. CRS.

I am sending a few photos to john. Hope he will post them for me. They should answer at least some of the questions.
Thanks,
Mike

The numbered series tractors SN started with a "0".
A SN of 010563 would indicate a 1969 Cub LoBoy 154. Click the "Numbered Series Database" link in my signature line.

Photo and serial match the 154.

Edit. What is the tractor in the back ground of the 2nd photo? Photos of the 2nd tractor would be nice.

That is my "work" tractor.... John Deere R. I have two of them. This one is in its work clothes. the other one is in a bunch of pieces....Restoration on it stalled when I got married, bought a house, had a kid.... maybe it will get back together as a school project in a few years...
