Help with bolt on clutch safety switch

Postby drv57 » Sun Jul 12, 2015 7:52 am

The piece of metal that depresses the clutch safety switch on my Cub Lo-boy 185 broke, and I need to take it out to replace it. The bolt that holds it on seems easy to back out by hand, but it's long, and at a certain point it stops. My concern is what is going to happen when I finish backing this bolt out. Is it simply a bolt, or are things going to spring apart and be difficult to put back together?
