Fan belt removal

What's the best way to remove the fan belt?

Loosen both bolts at the bottom of the starter/generator. Remove the bolt completely from the S/G tensioning bracket on S/G. Tip the S/G in tight against the engine. Belt will now slip off the S/G.

Thanks for the quick reply. I was looking to replace the belt it looks like a PIA to get it off everything. The belt is not in good condition.

Actually an easy task. Might be a bit easier if you remove the hood, bolt in each corner of the hood.

Slip the belt of the S/G, then the crankshaft pulley, then fish around the fan.
