Steering wheel bushing
For a heavier duty replace the plastic steering wheel tube bushing with a rolled edge bearing. IH 384881R93 E9M will work. It required a couple of wraps of yellow Teflon tape on the steering shaft and 3 to 4 wraps of the same on the outside of the bearing and then pushed in place. This made it fit tight. The roller bearing should last the life of the tractor. 05/20/2017
