Dirty Tractor...
Power washed the crap out of it while the engine is out. Found a few Zerks. At least I won't have to fight the mess putting it back together.

Re: Dirty Tractor...
I use simple green in the pressure washer and squirt some extra on the tractor too let it soak.
I'm technically misunderstood at times i guess its been this way my whole life so why should it change now.

Believe it or not, one of the best degreasers and cleaners available is Pre-wash spray that's used on Laundry. You want the stuff that's made for getting out grease/oil stains. Spray it on (without water) and let it sit for approximately 5 minutes, scrub a little bit if needed and then spray it off with soapy water.
I was given this tip years ago and it's become a standby for removing the grime. I also use it for oil spots in the driveway and garage. I usually buy the cheaper store brand and don't really see any drop in performance.

Re: Dirty Tractor...
When applying degreaser to a larger area such as a tractor, and wanting to make sure I get good coverage I use one of the chap siphon feed sandblasters. I just drop the tube into the degreaser and aim. It comes out in a cloud and at pretty good pressure, so it covers good.
