Was this your tractor?? Are you OK? Must have hooked higher than the drawbar for it to go over like that! It's amazing how strong those tree trunks are, huh?

1. We don't know the outcome, if the driver was injured.

I am speculating of course.... I bet the operator attached the chain to the 3 point top link position, and once they released the clutch, it was in the air in a flash, and those step pedals are hard enough to operate sitting upright.... I guarantee you could NOT operate that clutch from THAT position. That is the one style of pedal i always hated...on any model tractor.
