Just thought Id pass along some good info that will hopefully save lives.
As we all know, tractor rollovers can and will happen in the world of tractors. A lot of good men have lost their lives in them.
NIOSH has plans for a ROPS system named CROPS (Cost effective rollover protective structure). This is an affordable ROPS solution versus the pricey manufactured ones. ANd this is a DIY setup with easy installation. Ive attached the website for the info.

This is just for the Ford 8N, 3000, 4000 and MF 135.
These have been tested and certified. Maybe soon they will make some for us Farmall owners. Stay safe out there.

Safety is an important and often overlooked topic. Make safety a part of your everyday life and let others know how much you care by making their lives safer too. Let the next generation of tractor enthusiasts benefit from your experience, and maybe save a life or appendages.

Tractors are like watermelons: the RED is good and you throw away the GREEN.
