Safety is an important and often overlooked topic. Make safety a part of your everyday life and let others know how much you care by making their lives safer too. Let the next generation of tractor enthusiasts benefit from your experience, and maybe save a life or appendages.

Don’t give tractor rides - John Wheeler M.D.

Postby Dennis » Sun May 08, 2016 1:29 pm

Today’s (May 3) Section B of the Rutland Herald brings two fascinating and troublesome seemingly diametrically opposed situations that raise my pulse rate.

1) A seemingly blatant chain-saw to the health of bystanders, likely legally punishable, vs.:

2) A very busy farm lady giving what seems to be a pleasant ride to two of her children on a large tractor at their homestead.

(Spring is here and summer on the way, don't throw caution to the wind; be safe.)
