Dropped the hammer on another thunder chicken!!!!!

WEll the season has been a long one but after 2 weeks of rain, pretty weather and lots of ticks I finally sealed the deal on a trophy gobbler. Ive seen lots of birds this season but passed on them. Ive learned in all my years of hunting that if you want to kill a great trophy you have to pass on the good ones and thats very hard to do once your season is in its last few days :shock: Out of six strutters this was the grandpappy of the farm Ive been hunting. He weighed in at 28.5 lbs(awesome for a KY bird), 11.5 inch beard and 1 3/8 spurs. Needless to say Im on cloud nine right now :big afro:
