Those of you at DSCF this year had a chance to sample these, if you were fast! I only had one, but found them to be really good. Here's the recipe, as promised.
Pecan Praline Crackers
Whole graham crackers 2 sticks butter (no margarine) 1 cup light brown sugar 1 cup chopped pecans (or your choice of nut)
Preheat oven to 350. Line a lightly greased cookie sheet (with sides) and cover completely with whole graham crackers. Fill in empty spaces with broken halves/quarters. Melt butter and sugar together and bring to a soft boil. Boil 2 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in nuts. Pour over crackers and spread thoroughly. Bake for 10 minutes. Cut while warm. After cutting (when just cool enough to touch), remove to wax paper and cool completely before putting in an air tight container.

Thanks Rick, I wasn't feeling well that weekend but I got to try a lot of snacks. I don't know how I missed these but I will have to get Rosie busy with making some for me.
I don't believe in taking the bull by the horns. I took a goat by the horns once and that was enough excitement for me. Barnyard Bash CubFest May 31 - June 1, 2013 Click here for info.
