By popular demand.........
Brown 1.5 lbs. of ground beef/chuck with 1/2 c. chopped onion; drain. Stir in 1 can of diced tomatoes, 1 can of tomato soup, 2 tsp. salt, and 1 clove of garlic (or garlic salt) and simmer 5-10 minutes. Blend in 8 oz. of sour cream and one 8 oz. package of softened cream cheese. Stir in one 16 oz. package of cooked egg noodles. Turn into casserole dish and bake covered at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes.

Thanks for the recipie, I made this yesterday and it came out very nice. However with the tomato in there I just had to add a couple shakes of Tobasco. Ted
