BlueberriesWe did our first picking of blueberries today. With plenty of rainfall this spring, there are lots of large, plump berries, plenty to keep us supplied for some time as they ripen. Janie and I are looking for new blueberry recipes. Anyone have a favorite recipe to share? Thanks, Dan
Re: BlueberriesWhy.....blueberry pancakes, of course.

Re: BlueberriesYes, Don, we will try blueberry pancakes. Sounds delicious. Dan
Re: BlueberriesDon: We haven't tried the blueberry pancakes but how about fresh blueberry cobbler, still warm from the oven, with a generous scoop of vanilla ice cream. Had that tonight and it tastes great. Dan
Re: BlueberriesWow, Dan! One of my absolute favorites! It just don't get any better.
