These brownies are quick and easy. They are always a hit.
Candy's One Pan Brownies
In 9X13 pan, melt 2 sticks of butter or margarine.
Add 2 cups sugar, 1/4 cup powdered cocoa, 1 Tablespoon vanilla, 1/8 teaspoon salt. Whisk together.
Add 4 eggs. Whisk together.
Add 1 1/2 cups of all purpose flour. Whisk into wet mixture.
Add 1 cup of walnuts or pecans if desired.
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Do not over bake. Can be frosted, sprinkled with powdered sugar, or eaten as is.
Enjoy, Candy

Mmmmmm...! Brownies at our house are usually eaten as is because I have eaten them before Rosanne has had time to add anything else.
I don't believe in taking the bull by the horns. I took a goat by the horns once and that was enough excitement for me. Barnyard Bash CubFest May 31 - June 1, 2013 Click here for info.
