How do you store your longterm flour and grain??
Do you use whole grain and grind it when needed?
Can i grow grain? wheat?

At one time Iwas grinding my own flour. Whole grain keeps longer. Whole wheat flour ground at home spoils quickly.
I kept my wheat in food grade plastic buckets. Fill with wheat, stick a Co2 hose in the bottom, and purge the air. Snap on the lid.
Argon would work to, but is more expensive.
