my garage is 30'wide x 40' deep and has a 12' high ceiling with two 10'x10' doors in front and one in back 10'x10' and the floor will have radiant hot water heat in it when i get enough money saved to finish the floor. My suggestion is go big and if you can't afford it all at once just do so much at a time.

If I post this right you will see a 28 X28 cub den under construction. There are a couple of other shots to show what is like with out snow.
When you get over 70 build it now or you may never live long enough to see iit finished.
Notice the old man sweeping snow off so he could shingle in the one shot.
