websoilsurvey

Postby beaconlight » Wed May 04, 2011 7:52 pm

I came upon an interesting web address. I used it to pull up my acres in Franklin NY. You can even measure distances on it. I find my pond I had thought to be 3 1/2 acres is really over 4. My fields don't show the soil and type but it can be very helpful to those in agriculture.

OOPS the first link was too magnified and only shows part of the place but you can make out the house and the barn.
