Baer might be the family name, or misspelled bare.

The wheels may make it run a little low in a flood.
It is in front of John's Body Shop in Imperial. John's last name isn't Baer. But there is a kid on the high school football team . . .

Yes, I think that's the name of the auto body shop, and it can be seen from I-55 on the west outer road between Imperial and Barnhart.
