Deep South Cubbers

All you Ladies and Gents down south batten down the hatches and roll up your britches legs it looks it may get kinda rough with Michael heading your way! Your welcome to come on up to North Ga but we may be no better off that you guys! Tell Billy Ray to see what he can do about the weather since he has done so fine with the Cubfest weather all these years! On a more serious note everyone in Florida ,Alabama, and Georgia please be safe and get prepared. Hang in there Roy, Billy Ray, Jim, Tim and Raymond. Everyone down that way are in our Prayers.
I bought an old tractor all dusty and worn,
knew nothing about her just the year she was born
I washed her and greased her and painted her red
Now she lives happily right here in my shed.

Ron,

You expressed my thoughts, as well.

My daughter is currently in Destin Florida. Last heard from her early today.
There are two ways to get enough Cubs. One is to continue to accumulate more and more. The other is to desire less.

Bill,
From what I've seen on the tube, if she can get out of Dodge, she better.

Bill,
If I were her I'd be heading to Daddy's house for a while  ! If your on the east side of this thing it appears to be a real rain maker. Hope it passes to the east of Roy , Billy Ray and the Boys.

Mel and her husband arrived home safe last night around 9:00 pm. They left at 7:00 am and spent half their travel time trying to get through Alabama. She said the traffic was horrible. It was supposed to be a two week vacation, but cut short by a week. Her sister-in-law flew down Saturday and turned around to leave three days later. They had to rent a car because the airline shut down.

Just got off the phone with Billy Ray and he reports everyone is OK down there ( Roy ,Tim, Raymond, Jim and Billy Ray) and Families. Billy Ray said "All the folks and Cubs are OK!" Said he couldn't say the same about the trees in the area, looks like a war zone, their all gone. They have generator power and TV . Said he'd let me know if their was anything they needed.
