ljw, Here is a better pic of my flag pole . It is 22' tall, 2 1/4" OD black /Galvanized pipe set in the ground 4', painted aluminium. With an Eagle u bolted on the top and a pulley attached. Steardy and strong . brysonImage

ljw, one piece , except a reduced 3' section welded on at the top. Home made, depends on the lenght of pipe avalable ,how tall you want it and how deep you dig the hole . bryson the 2 1/4 " OD makes a nice sturdy pole . Painted alum

Bob , do you mean the fixture on the garage? It's one of those dusk - dawn type lights . Do you want the name ? You can get them at Home depot or Lowes . They do a really good job.
