I believe mine said "Who do you think you are kidding?". I was 4F (unsuitable for service under any circumstances) in the late 60s when they would take almost anyone.

4F could have meant any disqualifying factor. To tall, to short, feet to big, flat feet. One of my highschool classmates had suffered a knee injury. It disqualified him from the service. It didn't disqualify him from playing football or basketball.
