Grand son

I have a grandson who is graduating High School in virginia next june. He wants to go to ITT Institute in Richardson Texas for computer networking. Does any one know about the school? Is this the way to go? Bill (he is one too) will have to work for part of his expenses. Is there any chance that he can make this work in that area?
Grand Pa's worry but try to find out what they can. I am retired 20 years so I am pretty much out of the loop.
