Bill, the "wetting her plants" was not missed, it was just over ridden by snakes! It was a funny ending with the play on words. I thought it was another good one chalked up to Barnyard!

I don't like snakes either, but very seldom kill one other than the poisonous variety. Joann on the other hand is scared to death of them, so I try to keep them away. I had some decide to nest under my front landing one time, but a hand full of moth balls thrown down the hole and they left and never came back. Unfortunately a Momma to be skunk decided a couple years later the same place would be an ideal den and nursery. Would have preferred the snakes. LOL.

We have always lived by the montra "The Only good snake is a dead snake" Having copperheads, rattlers, and the like where my parents grew up in SE Ohio and WV and from when I was a kid and we had our farm. Not many survived. I even remember my Uncle having a section of rattles from a Snake he had killed when he was young that had at least 10 segments. Nope...cant handle the serpent.
