Big Dog,
I was putting up some stuff in the pantry and look what I found!!

I'll look around and see if I can find some to bring to Cubfest. I'm sure some of the boys would like to get their first taste of good Ole Georgia Possum! What a treat. I better put this one up before Country's Possum Finder picks up on it, He'll be over the mountains and down here before you could bat an eye.

Arizona Sun Dried Pocket Gopher.

Actually this one was left in his tunnel to dry for a week or two to seal in the flavor, then sun dried till crisp. No salt or preservatives are used in this preparation. Its ready to serve with chicken and noodles :shock:

I can bring as many as you guys want, just let me know :?:
