Electrical help needed

Postby DanR » Fri Aug 10, 2012 6:49 am

When a light can be controlled from two locations like at the top and bottom of stairs can a third switch be used?

There are two ways to get enough Cubs. One is to continue to accumulate more and more. The other is to desire less.

Obviously the answer is yes. Lights, appliances, can be controlled from 2, 3 or more switch locations.

Wiring up 2 each 3 way switches and multiple 4 way switches during new construction is relatively easy and cost effective.

Old work, existing finished structure, the labor and materials costs for the conversion could be extremely high.
I have an excuse. CRS.
