Well, I did not think that I would ever do this, but I got to the local Home Depot at 4:30 AM this to stand in line for a 5:00AM opening. Not a bad experience. HD had coffee and donuts for us. I was about 20th in line.
What I wanted and was able to purchase three of, was the Husky flexible gear wrench set for $19.98. They were for me, family and friend. So, get out of bed and go shop!

That I can understand, but the people that stand in line outside for 18 or more hours to save $50 on a laptop, etc. or the ones I cannot understand.

I think you'll be happy with your purchase.
Mine aren't the flex heads but I can report they seem to be made and function well.
My base set of tools are Snap On and I have built up my box with other brands, (some better than others) for back up.
Last summer I bought the Husky ratchet wrenches at the same joint for the same coin in both SAE and metric.
I have put them to the test, 7/16, 1/2, and 9 being the most tested and have no complaints. The Chrome finish is also just as nice as Snap On's.
You get what you pay for but with the Husky/ Home Depot relationship, I think this may be a marketing loss leader which actually gives you more than you have to pay for.

The tool guys at Home Depot tell me that their tools with warranty are handled just like Sears Craftsman. Take the bad tool to their store and get a new one.... that simple. No more taking the bad tools to another location, filling out paperwork, red tape, etc. That is really a plus. The Husky wrenches that I got today have a lifetime warranty.
