The home of the KANSAS Cubfest ( Burlington, Kansas) girls just won the class 3A girls Basketball game. Undefeated 27-0 record. This is the second time this coach has won the state undefeated. This year his daughter was a senior on the team. Last year his team got second in state, He was beat by his sons ( who is coach) team in overtime.

Girls basketball can be boring or it can be really exciting. I live just a few miles from Notre Dame and the girls there are kicking butt again this year. It's been pretty exciting to watch them this year.

Way to go on the state champ win. I love high school sports, sure miss my grandsons playing in all the sports. Hang on the the coach. There is a lot of difference in knowing how and being able to really coach and just having the title coach and hanging on to a job.
