Just saw on the news that it's so cold in DC that the thugs and gangsters have pulled up their pants.

My sister just retired as a Chapel Hill police Sargeant, and she ran down a fleeing suspect and caught him when his pants finally fell down and tripped him!! She was laughing so hard she could hardly run!!
