Appendix removed!

So I just got out of the hospital. Had appendicitis and immediately went into surgery to have it removed. Can't wait to be able to get back on my Super A. My abdomen is really sore. Feels good to be able to eat anything other than chicken broth and IV fluids! hahaha

Know how you feel. Shouldn't take to long for the pain to subside.
Had my appendix removed in 1962. For months had a huge purple scar that looked like a night crawler. Scar, operation site, itched like crazy. Be out on a social event and the scar would require scratching. Trying to relieve the itch, my girl friend would tell me to quit scratching my worm.

BTDT 11 years ago when I was 46.
Hardest part was having to explain to my then 1 year old daughter that I could not pick her up.
Funniest part was 12 hours after the surgery having a nurse tell me to stand up and walk! Right.
Take care and don't over do it.
