Cub with 2 engines? Yerp

Here's a Cub I came across on craigslist. It's not mine and I have no affiliation with the seller. It has an engine on the back to drive the deck, seems like a lot of work and expense to me. Why not just buy another mower? https://charlotte.craigslist.org/for/d/ ... 29453.html

Looks like something Ralph talked about doing several years ago to boost power for the Cub Tug.
It is common sense to take a method and try it. If it fails, admit it frankly and try another. But above all, try something.

About 15 or 16 years ago the near by IH dealership had a standard Cub with a similar set up to power the belly mounted mower.

If the tractor's engine were in good condition, it should power the mower with out the additional engine.
I have an excuse. CRS.

Mow much faster, like the 25 HP zero-turn!
