We’ve had the rack for a long time and I found a gear in an old desk drawer the other day. That’s what gave me the idea to make this.

Very neat and I like the open base and plate you made. These are often with an accurate hole right up the arbor, only a short depth. You can turn any diameter of pin or foot to reside there. fwiw, I have a Dake Engine Co. model X which I think is one of their smaller arbor presses. It doesn't have the open base but threaded holes for some fixture. That limits the uses we would apply.

Went out to my truck to check on something and there was a box truck parked next to it and I noticed the right rear tire was slack and had some steel showing. Upon further inspection the one that is slack actually isn't that bad compared to the one beside it.

Update-guy had two new tires put on that side, a week later his engine blew up.

Repaired this rod for the sickle mower. The threads looked good but the nut would slip over them. I rethreaded the rod to M10-1.5 and put a thread insert in the nut.

Just curious, if the threads were okay why didn't you just use a 7/16" insert on the crank nut?

The rod threads were worn about .020" as well, I'm not sure what someone did to this thing.

Can't understand why anyone would want one bucket pin when "two is better than one".

 Two may be better than one, this is the second one he's broken, not sure who made the second one but the original was a CAT. It's 2 3/4" O.D. X 29" long, must be a big bucket!
