Sure thing Ralph...we are praying. Luckily Colon cancer is treatable. My old friend who owns the farm had it 5 years ago. all gone now. He has had multiple checkups since his operation and all is well. He said positive thinking helkped him through.

Ralph,

One of the dearest friends I had in life was a 50 yr old black woman who suffered from colon cancer, Emphysema, and HIV, all at the same time, and was winning the battle. Regrettably, she was killed by a New Jersey State Trooper on the NJ Turnpike returning from visiting her grandchildren in NYC.

She had the strongest Christian faith of anyone I have ever known. I believe that if she were Catholic, they'd be working on her nomination for Sainthood.

She told me once that she often imagined Jesus laughing at her, for all her worrying, and it made her laugh as well, and that if he could speak to her, he'd tell her that the worrying was his job. Her's was to keep on fighting.

To Renee, then, whom I believe to be a truly enlightened soul, I shall pray for your brother, and let the smoke carry my thoughts to heaven.

Ralph, May God bless your brother and I will think positive thoughts about him. I feel that Dave will be a cancer survivor as am I, and many, many others. Larry[/u]
