Prayers Needed

Hey there all...

Need a little prayer-power from y'all. My wife, Allison and I are expecting our third child. This is REALLY good news, but is a bit nervewracking.

You see, we lost a son to stillbirth last year when Allison was at 8 1/2 months along, and we (especially she) are very very nervous about this pregnancy. Even though everything is going along just fine, that is the way it was last time, and we cannot rest easily until we actually have a baby in our arms. We just found out that it is going to be a BOY...more good news...and that everything looks "within normal limits" and the little feller is doing well.

Just need your prayers for peace in Allison's mind and that all continues to go well for her in her pregnancy. She is due on September 30th...

Thanks for your prayers!

Hey Mike and Allison. Bev and I have 3 beautiful children . The middle one was 46 on the 29th and the oldest will be 50 in August, There would have been another in between but for what ever reason we lost it. We both pray that you two will turn just as fortunate and blessed as we are.

I don't wish that fate on even my worst enemy (not that I have too many enemies!) EJP. It was the worst day of my life so far by a long shot...

It is more common than anyone thinks... You think that everything is going along swimmingly, and POW he is gone... Much different than the miscarriage between our first and second daughter...

Thank you all for your continued prayers. I will let you all know as the blessed event gets closer...We are praying hard here for God to keep it in his hands and to let everything continue on the "happy path"

Thanks again!

Mike and Allison:

Prayers are being sent to your family from our family. Pregnancies are filled with hope, happiness, fears and uncertainty all rolled up together.

We have 5 beautiful children ages 17, 18 year old twins, 21 and 23. In between these births were 4 miscarriages at different stages of gestation none as late in the pregnancy as you have had to deal with. I can't even begin to imagine the kind of loss that you experienced. :( My prayers are with you.

They say that God does not give you anymore than you can handle. We have to believe that he thinks we are pretty strong when we face such obstacles.

God Bless!

You have our prayers.

We as well have lost one, early on, and can not imagine the loss any later during the pregnancy.

Mike, Our prayers are with you also. Can't say I know how you feel but I do know how it feels to lose a granddaughter at two years of age so just keep the faith and God will sort it all out. Keep your heads up and God bless. Dave.
