Update On the Wife Nina

Postby Merlin » Sun Jul 15, 2007 10:05 am

She was in the hospital this time for just 10 days. She came home last night. Two of the blood clots in her lungs and the one in her leg have dissolved. She has a partial small one that is dissolving still in one lung. A home health nurse is going to come every day to give her Heparin shots and take her vitals. Our family Dr. was going out of town this weekend so before she left, she came by at 1:00 A.M. Saturday morning and sit with her for a long time just talking, and telling her how lucky she was with all the sickness she has had which should have killed her. And some people say prayers don't work. To that I say" Hum Bug", and thanks for all your support and prayers.

Merlin (The man, not the tractor, LOL) Had to get that in for Mike.

First, I am sooo happy to hear about your wife's progress. Prayers will keep flowing from Wisconsin for you both for strength and healing. Prayer WORKS...I know it does personally!

Just to keep confusion down to a minimum, I will refer to my tractor on the forum as MerlinCub. I don't want people thinking that I am redoing the wiring on Merlin, the man or "changing Merlin's rearend" or anything like that!!!

Thanks for the update Mr. Merlin!!!

Merlin, Glad for you and the wife. Getting a Dr. to come by and talk at that time of day is priceless. God Bless Grump
