Josh,
I don't know why things happen as they do, but I do know it is not our plan that is always followed. There are much bigger and better plans for us than the ones we make. But I do know that often times when things happen we feel we must be strong for the ones we love and we sometimes don't get the opportunity to grieve ourselves. Please take time for yourself to grieve and to cope. If we are to take care of others, we have to first take care of ourselves.
Prayers for you and your family,
Bill

Several years back I went through a rough period of time with many family losses. Faith and time is what it takes to heal.
