This forum needs a good kick-off! I can't think of a better way than sharing with you the joy my wife must be feeling as we prepare to celebrate our 41st wedding anniversary tomorrow, June 9th.

I'm sure some of you would like to offer her condolences on putting up with me for so long but she's hopelessly smitten with me and she really has no choice. Oh, by the way, the feeling is mutual.

Congrats to you and to Janet. I have a feeling the feelings are mutual.. seeing as she has put up with you this long. 41 years of joyful marriage is something to be very happy with and is indeed one heck of a celebration. I really like to see these lasting relationships.. it sort of confirms my lifelong belief and faith in the old ways, and that they all haven't gone the way of the dodo bird.... There is nothing in this life quite like the quiet comfort and belonging two people who are committed to each other are lucky enough to feel. Em and I are working on 27 and I can only hope and pray that we are as lucky as you and Janet and can make 40 or more together. Way ta go the two of you :!:
